DISTINGUISHING FEATURES: Mhavos is handsome in a slightly creepy way. He's that thing when a sculptor makes their creation a little too pretty. It's just off. His expression can run from bright to downright ghoulish. Also, you know. He's a fucking elf. He's short even for elven standards.

DIVISION: Scouting, though official records will list him in 'Resources'.
PROJECTS: Fixing up the library and archives.

Mhavos is, when not on some greater mission, easily found in the Library, or his workroom (formerly Leander's, a miscellaneous room off to the side of the library). He works fairly long hours, and trying to find him by going to his private room isn't the best bet.

When he takes breaks, he's most frequently found in the courtyards of the Gallows reading in sunny spots. In colder months, he reads near the fireplace in the great hall. He doesn't leave the Gallows often.

He's fucking boring.



A simple elf who came to Riftwatch to do boring work as a scrivener, scribe, clerk, and all around bookworm. To all appearances, he's a mild-mannered Orlesian elf who does his job dutifully. Maybe a bit of a workahilic.

Those who work with Riftwatch's intelligence department may know his history as a spy and an assassin for the Orlesian nobility, and the fact that he's offered to continue that line of work for Riftwatch. But he's sure not spilling his guts about it.

He's fucking boring.



Poetry! This fucker loves poetry. He can recite a fair amount from memory, in Trade and Orlesian, and he loves discussing it, all that shit. He's just a book nerd in general, honestly. He's never had someone actually value his opinions on anything, much less something he values so much as books, so it'll be new and fascinating for him.

He'd also like to learn some new languages; he only knows Orlesian and Trade. He wants to learn Nevarran.

As Head Archivist, he's in charge of organizing Riftwatch's libraries and various archives. Feel free to bug him about that IC, or consult this guide if you want to avoid a thread but want to use his services. Otherwise, just stick your face in his inbox. Or both!

For those in the more covert end of Scouting, he's signed on to do basic spying, and can deploy his skills as an assassin where needed. However, this is information he's keeping deep under wraps; the average member of Riftwatch likely only knows him as the bookish Head Archivist.
